How can I contact Consensios?
You can email us at info@consensios.com, where our customer service team will be happy to assist you with anything you need.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our products are shipped from Hong Kong.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We work to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, but you may return the item for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse.
Please allow extra time during holidays and sales periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday, and they are shipped the next business day after processing.
Processing takes 1–3 business days from the date of your order.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
Prices listed on our site are in USD and do not include taxes or duties.
You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and fees charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
These fees are not covered by Consensios and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
